TOMMY BRA AND A JEAN JACKET

On my spare time, I hate paparazzi. No one needs to know my face
I toss back cups(yes plural) of _____ <-- You fill in the blank
with people I consider intriguing, insightful, and inspiring. I wear pieces no one
considers "fashionable" and dance to songs like N.E.R.D- Everybody Nose.
Despite how noticeably awkward I am, people love to take snap shots.
Thank Camerakido For These.

MODERN DAY PLAY

Mother Maria A/W 2010 Lookbook

I hate posting lookbook collections a season ahead. I like to acknowledge the now.
However, Mother Maria's collection doesn't remind me of brisk winds and white winters.
In fact, I get the exact opposite. Looking pass the season aspect, I really love the style.
Vintage of course, in a chic yet modern way.

THE ART OF THINGS

You have to appreciate the beautiful things in life. Last night was the opening for
ABV gallery and creative agency. A crowd of free-spirit people with piercings,
tattoos, gauges, and a general love for art/free PBRs , the turnout was amazing.
The artwork popped like the pages of a comic book, giving you plenty to look upon.
I didn't get to snap as many as I would have liked to, but here's a few shots.

This is my favorite. And to think, the title is "PussyTrix". =p

Founder Greg Mike released this statement about the gallery.
"“I wanted to create a space in Atlanta that would showcase work from artists and designers that we work with in other cities, artists in our collective, and ATL-based artists who are taking things to the next level. Both artists and Atlantans alike have expressed a want for a destination to share their love for the arts. The team at ABV holds this common goal, and have been working to provide new exhibitions that fill this need. We will be featuring new work every month with openings falling on the fourth Friday of each month during the STUDIOPLEX’s Art Walk.  After opening night we will be open daily selling a variety of art, clothing, and collectables."

COCAINEXHELLZ INSIDER

Certain ideas are to great for paper, to much to type, and done better when the
camera rolling. So what do I have up my sleeve this time around? Of course I have to
feature one of the most influential women street wear designers and a personal favorite,
but I decided to go about this feature a bit differently. You Hellz-heads get the opportunity to send all your personal questions to the design maven herself! Everything you’ve ever wanted to know about Misslawn and the Hellz brand is available at your fingertips, and this is the chance you get to dig in deeper to how she first started creating. To top it off, MissLawn will answer all questions in a Vlog. So, make it interesting please! =]

BEHIND THE SCENES

Saturday a lifestyle blog did a shoot featuring me as well as an interview for their new site.
I did about five different looks real relaxed and in the streets of Atlanta.
The site has yet to launch, but it is set to May 31st so stay tuned for that.

SHADY ACTION

On late spring nights when the air is hot and sticky and the price to see a friend perform
is $120 even, you say fuck that and invite everyone back to common grounds for paparazzi
snap shots, 1000 coked up laughs, and mixes featuring singing freestyles.  Kendrick Daye
of an-mag.com hosted a spur of the moment chill session at his bachelor pad, and I noticed
the latest designs from the FreshPrintz collection. The camera caught us with the goodies.

Be sure to check out the collection at an-mag.com .

MELODY E. DESIGNS

Melody Ehsani recently released the autumn/fall 2010 collection lookbook.
Taking a different approach with the concept, there were two characteristics
that immediately stood out. She created a lookbook with three sub-collections.
This idea gave you three different perspectives, variety, and just an all around
fresh approach. What also stood out was the diversity of the models chosen.
It gives the idea that no, she doesn't cater to a specific type, but that she creates
for all types. Diversity definitely lacks in the fashion industry so I
really appreciate Melody for incorporating different types of women in her lookbook.

Category I : Protect Me From What I Want

Category II: Love Sees Color

Category III: We Live In Their World
